1st Kenilworth ScoutsDaniel has been a helper at a local Scout Troop since 2009. He has brought with him an in-depth knowledge and passion of campfire cooking and raised the levels of expectation amongst young Scouts. Where previously the most adventurous offering was a burnt sausage they can now be found cooking curries and baking cakes as well as the traditional twister bread!
Daniel was previously Assistant Scout Leader at 1st Mill End, Rickmansworth and Chorelywood District (1999 to 2002). |

Coventry Godiva HarriersDaniel took a role as Coaching Assistant for Godiva Kids in 2011 working with 8-12 year-olds and since 2013 has also specialised in coaching high jump for 12-16s. His UK Athletics qualifications and first hand experience in Junior athletics combine to provide an additional string to the coaching team. With the focus firmly on fun, the athletes get a chance to try out a full variety of track and field events in a safe environment using equipment and distances adapted to best suit the children's development.

Rowntrees of RiseboroughDaniel is the fourth Editor of a family tree which documents the descendants of a yeoman farmer born in 1727 and now has over 3300 entries. The family tree was first compiled in 1940 and Daniel's major contribution as Editor has been to transcribe the whole record from book format to electronic format making it more accessible to descendants in all corners of the globe.
